Appointments

can be made by calling 212-472-1350 Monday to Friday. Office hours are from Tuesday through Friday. Appointments begin at 8:00 a.m. Late day appointments after 5:00 are also available. Appointment time varies depending on the individual patient’s need.

Referrals

are accepted from physicians, neuropychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and schools. Patients may also refer themselves.

Insurance and billing

Medicare is the only form of insurance accepted. Patients are expected to pay at the time of service. An itemized bill can be obtained to submit to your insurance company.
